2011 Conclave Leadership
The NE-1A Section Conclave operates under the leadership of Section Chief with the consultation of his adviser. Each year the Conclave is hosted by a different lodge in the Section, who appoints a Conclave Coordinator and adult Conclave Adviser to facilitate the physical arrangements.
To plan Conclave program, the Council of Chiefs splits into three committees, one each for Program, Training and Shows. Each committee is led by a Conclave Vice-Chief (CVC) who reports to the Section Chief and directs the events of the conclave.
