2009 Conclave Program

The Conclave Committee has been hard at work planning events for the 2009 Conclave. Each committee has developed its own program; see what's been planned.

Program

The 2009 Conclave will feature an afternoon full of activities and competitions for all members of the Conclave. Planned so far is the:
Healey Cup - the Section's annual inter-lodge relay race. The winner takes home the Healey Cup and bragging rights for a year.
Coffee Cup - A chance for adults to match wits and coffee drinking skills. No athletic skill required, just determination and a love of coffee.

 

Training

There will be thirty training sessions offered to Arrowmen during the conclave. Participants can learn about topics as diverse as New Member Orientation to Leave No Trace Camping. During the morning, participants are required to attend three training sessions, and during the afternoon, additional workshops will be offered.

Shows

The Conclave will feature three shows. The opening show on Friday night will introduce the Conclave Theme, Special Guests, and open the Conclave. On Saturday night, all participants gather for the theme show, an original theatrical production by the Section. On Sunday that Conclave closes with a show that features the installation of the new Section Officers.
