The weekend of April 30 to May 2, 2004, NE-1A had an National Leadership Seminar held on it's home turf for the first time since the 1980's. Sixty brothers from all across New England came to Hidden Valley Scout Reservation, site of the 2004 Section Conclave, to participate in the best training available nation-wide.
Passaconaway Lodge newly renovated the camp's Carter Lodge in preparation for the event, staffed by Section Chief Zac Hicks, Section Adviser Fred Gobeille, and Northeast Region Chief Ed Lynes.
