During the week of August 1st, 2004, over six thousand Arrowmen from across America descended on Iowa State University in Ames, IA, for the 2004 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC). Almost 150 members of Section NE-1A were in attendance at the conference, and on August 3, they came together for a Section gathering to exchange patches, eat pizza and have fun.
