On February 19, 2005, over 100 key Order of the Arrow leaders from across Section NE-1A gathered at the Portsmouth Community Campus in Portsmouth, NH, for NE-1A's second annual Quality Lodge Summit. The summit, organized under the leadership of Section Chief Mike Price and Vice-Chief Zac Hicks, featured an amazing staff including 2005 National Chief Patrick Murphy, 2005 Northeast Region Chief Dan O'Rourke, 2004 National Vice-Chief David Dowty and 2004 Northeast Region Chief Ed Lynes.
