  • Opening Session

    The Ties That Bind – We all experienced this in the Ordeal Ceremony. What did it really mean? How do we translate our binding brotherhood in the Order of the Arrow in our daily tasks?

  • 100 Block Sessions

    101: The Wild World of Section NE-1A – A lot goes on in NE-1A, and your Section Officers are here to tell you more about the happenings around the Section. Find out about each of the six Lodges in NE-1A, and have a chance to ask serious and/or funny questions to the Section Officers!

    102: NOAC: One Big Propaganda Session – The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the biggest OA event offered. Come learn more about NOAC, and the upcoming one in 2012 at Michigan State.

    103: Adult Discussion – Our Region Chairman Mark Chilutti will be hosting this session for attending adults. Come share your ideas for your Lodge or Section, and have a chance to ask Mark some questions about the Order in general!

  • 200 Block Sessions

    201: R.I.P Quality Lodge (Introducing JTE) – Quality Lodge is no more! The new Journey to Excellence program is here to stay, and Lodges are now being measured on a new and improved system. Be sure to stop by this training and learn all about Journey to Excellence and what it means to your Lodge!

    202: Success through Ceremonies – Want to have the best ceremonies that your Lodge can offer to incoming and/or existing Arrowmen? Are you eager to have Cub Scout ceremonies to promote the OA to our future Arrowmen? Find out how to build, maintain, and sustain a great ceremonies team for years to come!

    203: Our Boys in Blue – Cub Scouts are the future. In just a few years, one of those Cubs you see in a blue uniform could a Lodge Chief or Committee Chairman. Only 50% of Webelos cross over into the world of Boy Scouting. Learn more about your Lodge and the OA can help increase that percentage!

  • 300 Block Sessions

    301: Meetings Don’t HAVE to Suck – Yes, we know that they’re boring and it’s only fun if you’re on Facebook during them. However, meetings are an important part of making organizations successful. Learn how to make your Lodge and Chapter meetings fun, interactive, and productive.

    302: These High “Adventure” Places Are Within You – OA High Adventure will change your life. Learn more about the specialized Maine High Adventure trek for Section NE-1A in the summer of 2012, as well as the other OAHA programs being offered at various high adventure bases!

    303: Computers Are Your Friends – In the 21st century, technology has become mainstream and is an integral part in the lives of youth and adults. Find out how you and your Lodge can utilize social media such as Facebook and Twitter to make your events and promotions more successful!

  • Afternoon Activities

    Basketball - Show off your skills on the court with your fellow Brothers.

    Scouting Jeopardy – Think you know your Scouting? Prove it to your fellow Brothers in this friendly competition designed to test your knowledge of everything Scouting!

    Youth and Adult Jams - An open forum for the youth and adults. A discussion on whatever you want with all the Arrowmen, Lodge, Section, and National officers. It’s a great time to ask those questions you’ve always had.

  • Closing Session

    Bind Us as Brothers – Our closing show and keynote address will tie the theme together with the days’ events, allowing the participants to go on living their lives abiding by the Scout Oath, Scout Law, and Obligation of the Order.
